Job Summary:
As Store Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of daily operations, including staff management, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and inventory control. You’ll set the tone for a clean, efficient, and welcoming atmosphere while ensuring top-tier service and food quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all store operations to achieve sales, efficiency, and service goals
- Hire, train, schedule, and mentor supervisors, cashiers, and food prep staff
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members, fostering growth and accountability
- Oversee food quality, presentation, and adherence to health and safety standards
- Model excellent customer service and professionally handle guest concerns
- Monitor daily sales, labor costs, and inventory to maintain profitability
- Conduct inventory counts and manage vendor relationships for accurate ordering
- Create and maintain employee schedules to meet business demands
- Open and close the store, ensuring proper procedures and security protocols
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant facility at all times
- Collaborate with ownership on marketing strategies, product updates, and team development
- Prepare reports on store performance and communicate regularly with upper management
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of management experience in food service or retail required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and drive results
- Familiarity with POS systems, sales reports, and inventory management
- Passion for health-conscious food and customer satisfaction
- Ability to multitask and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available for flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
